codw-mw3-0.3.0 - standalone regional title updates

INSTALL
Install only the WAD matching your game region using the same WAD installation
method used for Black Ops VC. Launch the original MW3 game normally afterward.
This package is a title update, not a standalone channel or a copy of the game.
It does not require the MW3VC SD launcher, its module or symbols. Do not launch
this modified update through the old SD patcher; its retail integrity pins
intentionally reject modified title updates.

FEATURES
Based on the released MW3VC 0.2.7 runtime: Multiplayer and Survival routing,
Ally/leaderboard fixes, Recent Players saves, NAND identity/moderation cards,
and MAX LEVEL / MAX PRESTIGE + LEVEL with the native Confirm/Cancel prompt.
Cancel remains the default. Native save/readiness/controller guards remain.
The original regional title IDs and TU130 version are retained. Existing saves
remain associated with the same game. The server receives the original
0.2.4-nand3 protocol version plus the separate WAD ID codw-mw3-0.3.0.
The Multiplayer and Survival menus show codw-mw3-0.3.0 as the visible release
version. Regional files use codw-mw3-0.3.0-SM8x52.wad names and report this
same ID for the server's WAD compatibility requirement.

Custom admission headings and standard messages are translated by each build.
Server-provided version numbers, dates and moderator-written reasons are kept.
Localized wording uses the shared native font's supported ASCII characters.
Ordinary game text still uses the game's own localization.
The WAD adapter reserves one reusable 20 KiB MEM2 workspace for its hash and
menu buffers, preserving Survival's limited MEM1 space during mode switches.

UPDATE REQUIRED
The server update sets -RequiredWadVersion 'codw-mw3-0.3.0'. Publish the matching
regional WADs before changing this setting for a future release. A different
reported WAD ID receives a localized WAD Update Required card, showing both
installed and required versions and directing the player to bovc.com/mw3 for
the latest WAD. Cached lobby tickets are checked again.
The existing SD patcher keeps its current admission path. The source checkout's
separate -RequiredClientVersion setting is not changed by the live WAD patch.
This gate checks release compatibility; the ID is not a signed attestation.

NETWORK
Same endpoints as the 0.2.7 download: 3.130.37.52, NAS TCP 8082, MW3 backend
TCP 13074, native discovery/gameplay UDP 3074. No launcher update request or
automatic WAD installation is introduced.

VALIDATION
See VALIDATION.json and MANIFEST.json for exact hashes and checks. Each output
is reopened, decrypted and SHA-1 verified. Both native MP/SO RELs are linked and
executed with the original regional SDK linker in compiled PowerPC tests.
Dolphin also reached the USA Multiplayer and Survival menus, returned to the
main menu and reloaded Multiplayer with runtime integrity checks active.
Physical Wii/vWii acceptance and multiplayer match play require a console test.
The original attached ZIP and its WADs were read only and remain unchanged.

BUILD SOURCE
The source archive contains the exact 0.2.7 runtime copies, WAD entry adapter,
translations and packaging scripts. The builder uses the local Black Ops WAD,
U8 and REL tooling, the existing devkitPPC toolchain and the hash-pinned regional
retail inputs. Those tools and the original game data are not redistributed in
the source archive.

RECOVERY
Keep your original regional TU130 WAD. Reinstalling it restores the retail
update and allows the existing MW3VC SD patcher to be used again.
